Prices:
All prices on the website of Parts-Wise are indicative and exclude 21% VAT. Only items in stock (at our own location) have a final price and can be paid immediately. All other products go through an automated quotation request so that Parts-Wise is able to check the current availability and lowest prices with our suppliers. The customer requests a quote by simply using the search engine and within 24-48 hours Parts-Wise will email a final quote with exact delivery times. This way we avoid customers paying for products that might have a long lead time. We want to offer our customers the choice of proceeding with an order when they know the delivery time.
We implemented this system because we want to offer all Porsche parts. But for example, the Porsche 356 has 9100 components (over 15 production years). It is impossible to stock all these parts besides the fact that many parts are no longer available in new state. Therefore we work closely with (global) suppliers and we check through a sophisticated system their current prices and delivery times. This applies to original, reproduction, used and remanufactured parts. After having received information from our suppliers on an application, we pass this on to our customers. Guaranteed prices and delivery times!
Payment:
We accept payment in the following ways:
- Ideal (directly from your bank)
- PayPal (various credit cards and Paypal)
- Prepayment
All payment methods of Parts-Wise are secure and reliable.
All goods remain the exclusive property of Parts-Wise until full payment has been made.
Costs for using PayPal
Based on the following order amounts PayPal payment fees are calculated.
Example:
Total order amount of € 500.00 with 1.85% PayPal fee is € 9.25, so total payment amount will be € 509.25
Deliveries in the Netherlands:
All goods ordered from Parts-Wise will be sent via PostNL in the Netherlands. We reserve the right, in exceptional cases to choose an alternative. To track a PostNL package, you only need the tracking number. We will send this you when the order is shipped. You can then visit the following site to track your order.
If you pay with Paypal or Ideal, we will, if an order is in stock and ordered before 15.00 on business days, send it the same day. That means in most cases delivery next business day. If you pay by bank transfer, we will send your order after having received your payment. In case the order is not fully stocked, we will wait until your order is complete and then send it. In special cases we can agree with customers that we ship an order in two parts without charging additional transportation costs.
Deliveries within Europe:
All goods ordered from Parts-Wise will be sent by TNT in Europe. We reserve the right, in exceptional cases to choose an alternative logistical company. To trace a package with TNT, you only need the tracking number. We will send this to you when the order is shipped. You can then visit the following site to track your order.
If you pay by Paypal or Ideal, we, if an order is in stock and ordered before 15:00 on business days, will send it the same day. If you pay by bank transfer, we will send the order after we have received your payment. To trace a package with TNT, you only need the tracking number. We will send this to you when the order is shipped. You can then visit the following site to track your order.
If you pay by Paypal or Ideal, we, if an order is in stock and ordered before 15:00 on business days, will send it the same day. If you pay by bank transfer, we will send the order after we have received your payment. In the event that your order is not completely in stock, we will wait until the articles are in and then ship your order. In special cases we can agree with customers that we ship an order in two parts without charging additional transportation costs. Transit times can be found under the heading "shipping costs”.
You should take into account a transit time to 21 days after shipment.
Note: VAT is not payable on orders shipped outside the EU.
Import Duties:
You are responsible for all import duties levied once the goods reach your country. Parts-Wise has no control over these charges and can not predict what they are. All prices on this site are in EURO and exclude 21% VAT. Books will be charged 6% VAT. In order to check our prices in your local currency click here for the Universal Currency Converter. If you are ordering from outside the European Union, we will fulfill the order without charging VAT (VAT free) and an invoice without VAT will be sent with the goods. Local import duties are paid by you to your local TNT office when receiving the goods.
Returns & exchange:
Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, we take back the goods if the item is unused and in its original packing with labels from the manufacturer still attached. Specially ordered items can not be returned unless otherwise agreed between us and the customer. It may be that we will charge a handling fee. All costs of returning goods to us are at the expense of the customer, this includes the cost of returning the items.

We encourage you to return it by registered post. Parts-Wise can not be held liable for the cost of returning parcels or lost parcels. Please note that we do not refund the shipping costs when returning goods.
Damaged or defective items:
Notification of all warranty claims must be carried out immediately by telephone or email and be confirmed in writing once a fault is detected. Any third party claims can be met only with prior written permission of ourselves and should therefore be addressed. Damaged or defective goods must be returned to us for a refund or replacement.
Warranty:
All goods are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers / re-manufacturer specification or warranty.

We take all complaints very seriously and we will try to help diagnose problems quickly and effectively in order to resolve any issues. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this website are correct. Although the color is listening very closely, a slight variation between the photographs and the actual goods may occur.
